Edmonton Chamber Created An Unforgettable Event Experience at Annual Ball

West Canadian participated as Print and Signage Sponsor, helping to create a picture-perfect night to remember

Event organizers can look at a space and see the possibilities come to life. They can take a blank canvas and transform it into something extraordinary that creates a meaningful and unforgettable experience.

That's exactly what the Edmonton Chamber did at Saturday's Edmonton Chamber Ball. As a Bronze Sponsor and the official Print and Signage Provider for the event, West Canadian played an important role in transforming the space with creative signage applications that made for some Instagram-worthy moments.

By using a temporary vinyl floor graphic, event planners can add extra depth to a room and take advantage of unused space for event branding and messaging. These graphics are quick to apply and even quicker to remove, are made with an anti-slip material and are perfect for short-term use at events.

Creating a custom event podium doesn't have to be a costly endeavor. With just a bit of creativity, it can be done affordably and add an extra something to your stage décor. Using Bubble-X™ cutouts, we created a grand podium to take centre stage.

It's all in the details.

When guests arrived, they were greeted by dining tables beautifully designed and organized in accord with the event theme. From table cards to evening programs printed by West Canadian, each little detail added a special touch to the overall experience of the evening.
