Businesses across North America are preparing to re-open their doors safely and with precaution. As we begin to return to a new normal, organizations must not discount the anxiety that many of us may feel as we navigate change and uncertainty.

According to the Government of Canada’s Canadian Perspectives Survey from April 2020 , 29% of us opted to work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With businesses looking at reopening, and many of us returning to the office after months of working from home, it’s a natural response to feel concern about health and safety. The same survey reported that 54% of respondents are “very” or “extremely” anxious about the health of their loved ones, and 36% of are concerned for their own. It also doesn't help our anxiety that when doors finally do reopen, we won't be returning to “business as usual”.

My Other Car Is...an ATCO Trailer!

ATCO has been part of the Alberta landscape for as long as I can remember. Many of us have called an ATCO trailer home while we worked in the field, or as children, we made the quick dash on a cold Alberta morning to a portable classroom that resided in an ATCO trailer.
